Data We Collect

In this pre-launch phase, the only personal data we collect is the email address you voluntarily provide through the sign-up form.

Purpose of Processing

Your email address is used for a single purpose: to send you one notification when the Lumi Bros service becomes available for registration.

Legal Basis

Your explicit consent, given when you submit your email address and confirm your subscription through the double opt-in system.

Retention

We will keep your email address until the service launch, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. Once the launch notification has been sent, email addresses not converted into active registrations will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your email address with third parties under any circumstance, except where required by law.

Data Processor

For sending the confirmation email and the launch notification, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), based in the European Union and subject to the GDPR.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and request the portability of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected].

Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es). You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence — for example, the CNIL in France, the EDÖB in Switzerland, the Garante in Italy, or the BfDI in Germany.
