Data We Collect

Through the demo request form on this site we collect the details you give us: first name, surname, work email, phone number, school or institution, job title, country, reason for contact and what you tell us about your school. We do not collect any student data through this form.

Purpose of Processing

We use this data only to answer your request: to confirm your email address and to contact you about a demo or a project for your school. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising.

Legal Basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form and confirm your email address through the link we send you (double opt-in).

Retention

If you do not confirm your address, we delete the request when the link expires, 7 days after it was sent. Once confirmed, the request is forwarded to our team by email and deleted from our database 30 days later. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties under any circumstance, except where required by law.

Data Processors

The site and its database are hosted on Microsoft Azure, in European Union data centres. Emails are sent through Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and request the portability of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected].

Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es). You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence — for example, the CNIL in France, the EDÖB in Switzerland, the Garante in Italy, or the BfDI in Germany.
